Precise Quality Control at Every Stage

At our company, quality control is not just a step in the process – it's an integral part of our DNA.

Each spring undergoes an initial inspection as early as the quotation stage, using dedicated simulation software. This allows us to identify potential design issues in advance or recommend necessary improvements for optimal implementation, saving valuable time in both development and production phases.

Subsequently, we perform a First Article Inspection (FAI) for every new project or significant design change, followed by ongoing quality control based on a 2.5% sampling rate (according to AQL standards) during regular production. When required, and upon customers request, we also perform FAI , FSI & match ourselves for every customer need,

All deliveries are accompanied by inspection reports, compliance documentation, and any other required certifications, as specified by the client.

Our testing equipment is regularly calibrated according to relevant standards and provides statistical data(SPC) and reliability reports as part of our continuous production monitoring.
