• Grinding
  Precision surface grinding of spring ends (mainly compression springs) to ensure maximum stability and prevent unwanted movement.

• Set Removal, Presetting
  Controlled mechanical pre-compression beyond the working range, stabilizing the spring’s behavior during usage.

• Color Coating
  Industrial painting for marking, easy identification, corrosion resistance, or aesthetic purposes – all performed in-house.

• Deburring
  Gentle removal of sharp edges, burrs, or cutting residues to improve safety, feel, and surface quality.

• External Heat Treatment
  For springs requiring enhanced strength or load resistance, we provide external heat treatment through certified partners, under strict standards.

• Plating & Coating
  Zinc, nickel, or technical coatings are available through trusted external vendors, under full quality control and customer coordination.

• Ultrasonic Cleaning
  Deep cleaning of components to remove residues, improve cleanliness, and prepare surfaces for sensitive applications.
