New: In-Process Vision Control for Spring Coiling

We’re excited to introduce the CTV-2000, an advanced vision system designed to bring real-time quality control directly to your spring coiling machine.

The CTV-2000 measures free length and outside diameter (OD) at speeds up to 900 parts per minute, enabling immediate detection of dimensional variation during production — not after. With real-time filtering to minimize vibration-related measurement errors, the system delivers reliable, high-precision results even at high output rates.

Paired with the optional L0 Checker, the system can automatically correct free length and OD during the coiling process — helping reduce scrap, improve consistency, and minimize operator intervention.
